ONLINE REGISTRATION


IMPORTANT: Pre-registration for the forum is REQUIRED.  There will be no on-site registration.  All forum registrations must be completed online.  Registrations by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail are not permitted and will not be accepted.  Payment must be made (via credit or debit card) at the time of registration.  All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

CONFERENCE FEE: $300.00

DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE: $209.00

The cost of printed materials, the reception, and all meals are included in the registration fee.  All forum events are for registered attendees only.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations can only be made online by logging into your registration account created at the time of initial registration.  Cancellations made on or before Thursday, February 4, 2010 will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be granted after this date.  All refunds will be issued directly to the registrant on record and at the address provided at the time of registration.  All refunds will be processed after the forum.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for refund processing.
